Dacha is a cultural phenomenon in Eastern Europe, a summer cottage with gardens, where families cultivate their own food.
Mother-daughter duo Elena and Anya wanted to share their fond dacha memories of Ukrainian food enhanced by the world inspired flavors. So they got busy dissecting the classic from the archaic at the core of the tradition, we honor our ancestors by infusing the past we want into the present we cherish.
We believe that every meal should be like a ceremony to life and that food should be beautifully presented, nutritionally balanced and healing through its fresh ingredients, rich basic components and appropriate combinations of textures and chemistry.
